Technical characteristics of all welded ball valves and its split valve body

Design method of the split valve body of all-welded ball valves:
 
The valve body design of the all-welded ball valve has a cylindrical structure and a spherical structure, and the cylindrical structure is a double welded joint. The heat input in the welding process is large, the residual stress is complex, and the axial and radial deformation is large.

The spherical structure is composed of four weld seams. Now, due to the advancement of the process technology, the left and right valve body is hot forged and formed, and the single weld seam can be welded in the middle to reduce the line energy input and reduce the axial and radial deformation. The split structure generally consists of a valve body and left and right connectors.

The connector connecting body and the valve body are connected by bolts. The connection strength between the connecting flange and the bolt should be analogized according to the flange corresponding to the inner diameter of the valve body. The connection strength must prevent the pipe stress from being loosened and the seal is invalid. Technical characteristics of all welded ball valves:
1. The valve body structure is integrally welded without external leakage.
2. The valve seat is made up of a PTFE sealing ring and a spring that is adaptable to pressure and temperature changes and does not cause any leakage within the range of use.
3. The valve stem has a leak-proof structure, a PTFE self-sealing gasket and an O-ring on the bottom of the valve stem. It has two O-rings and two PTFE gaskets on the bottom to ensure no leakage.
4. The valve body material is the same as the pipe material, and there is no uneven stress or deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground.
5. The valve body is light and easy to keep warm.
6. The direct-buried ball valve can be buried directly in the ground. It is not necessary to build a large valve well. It only needs to set up a small shallow well on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time.
7.  The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
8. The machining accuracy of the ball is very precise, easy to operate, and there is no bad interference.
9. There are two connection methods: welded and flanged connection.
10. Mode of operation: handle, gear (vertical / horizontal)
11. In the case of normal operation of the valve, the warranty period is 20 years.
