One of our major clients has requested a large-size gate valve, for which we already have the mold. Below are the product details:

 

API 600 Gate Valve, Bare Stem + ISO top flange

Valve Type: API 600 Gate Valve, OS&Y, Bolted Bonnet, Flexible Wedge, Rising Stem, Backseat.

Actuator Compatibility: Designed for later mounting of electric actuator (AUMA SAEx 35.1).

Ends Connection: ASME B16.47 Series A/B, RF facing.

Face-to-Face Dimension: ASME B16.10 (915 mm).

Body Material: ASTM A216 WCB with Impact Test 27J at -29°C.

Trim: No. 8 (Body Seat A105 + STL).

Application: Medium crude oil.

Test & inspection: API 598.
