We are excited to announce the launch of our DIN Gate Valve PN100 series, specifically engineered for the later installation of AUMA actuators. This series features specialized end connections that conform to EN 1092-1, Type F (recess), ensuring seamless compatibility and robust performance in various applications.
The DIN Gate Valve PN100 series boasts exceptional durability, with coatings applied in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2:2001 standards. Rated for corrosivity category C4, these valves are finished in white (RAL 9010) and feature a minimum coating thickness of 230 µm. This coating provides excellent UV resistance and a solar reflection minimum of 70%, making them ideal for use with liquid petroleum fuels such as petrol, diesel, and heating oil.
Every valve in this series comes with an inspection certificate according to EN 10204-3.1, which includes comprehensive material certification for both the body and bonnet. To ensure reliability, each valve undergoes rigorous testing, achieving an impact test result of at least 27J at -29°C. Furthermore, the valves comply with the CE category as per PED 2014/68/EU regulations, ensuring they meet stringent safety standards.
The EN1984 Gate Valve is designed with a bare stem and an ISO top flange (5210 F16), featuring a stem diameter of 48 mm with a left-hand thread (8LH). The maximum torque rating for this valve is an impressive 910 N·m. Key design elements include an OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) configuration, a bolted bonnet with eyes for handle attachment, a flexible wedge, a full bore design, and a back seat for added reliability.
The ends connection of the DIN Gate Valve PN100 series adheres to EN 1092-1, Type F, with face-to-face dimensions compliant with EN558/Row 26 (DIN 3202 F7). Each valve undergoes testing and inspection according to EN 12266-1, achieving a leakage rate of class A, ensuring superior sealing performance and reliability in operation.
Constructed from GP240GH carbon steel, the body and bonnet of the valve are built to withstand demanding conditions. The trim consists of a No. 8# body seat STL, contributing to the valve's overall durability. With a nominal diameter (DN) of 250 and a pressure nominal (PN) rating of 100, this valve is designed for high-performance applications.
