Design and Standards

The valves adhere to API 609 standards, with RF facing compliant with ASME B16.5 specifications. They have undergone rigorous testing and inspection per API 598, achieving a tight A rating for leak-proof performance.

Materials

Body

Constructed from Steel ASTM A351 CF8M, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Disc

Made from SS 316 Stainless Steel (CF8M) to ensure high strength and resistance to harsh environments.

Stem

Maded from Duplex Steel ASTM A182 F51, providing enhanced strength and resistance to corrosion compared to standard F316 stems.

Seat

Reinforced Teflon (RPTFE) seat material guarantees superior sealing capabilities and chemical resistance.

Additional Features

Mounting Bracket

Stainless Steel 304 bracket is included for mounting the gearbox.

Operation

The valves are equipped with a manual gear operator and handwheel, along with a position indicator. To withstand environmental conditions, an anti-acid paint coating is applied.

The shipment includes three units of the LUG Butterfly Valve, each with a 20-inch diameter and ANSI Class 150 rating, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial systems.
