High Performance Butterfly Valve

 1. The valve body, disc, and sealing ring of high-performance butterfly valves are commonly made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys. In contrast, ordinary butterfly valves are mostly made of materials such as cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, etc., which have lower corrosion resistance than high-performance butterfly valves.

2. The sealing performance of high-performance butterfly valves is better than that of ordinary butterfly valves, mainly due to the material and structural design of their sealing rings. The sealing ring of high-performance butterfly valves is generally made of materials such as hard alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene, which have good sealing effects. Ordinary butterfly valves often use elastic materials such as rubber and polyurethane as sealing rings, which have a relatively short lifespan.

3. High-performance butterfly valves have a relatively wide temperature range, able to withstand higher and lower temperatures, and have a wider applicability; However, ordinary butterfly valves have a narrow temperature range and are generally only used at room temperature.

4. High performance butterfly valves have higher pressure capacity compared to ordinary butterfly valves. They can withstand greater pressure, and have higher safety.

5. The pins on the stem are welded on. The stem has no risk of blowing out.
